Late Arrival Policy

At SJS Smith Jewellery, we strive to create a focused and enjoyable learning environment for all participants. In order to maintain the quality of our sessions and respect the time and commitment of both students and instructors, we have a strict policy regarding late arrivals.

• No Late Admittance: Once the class has started, latecomers will not be allowed to enter the session. This policy is in place to avoid disrupting the learning experience of others and to ensure the instructor can deliver the session without interruptions.
• Non-Transferable Tickets: If you arrive late and are unable to attend, your ticket will not be transferable to another session or individual. Please plan your journey accordingly to ensure you arrive on time.
• Arrival Time: We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for check-in and preparation.
