Returns & Exchange Policy

At SJS Smith Jewellery, we take great pride in creating beautiful, handcrafted jewellery that you’ll love. As a small independent business, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange.

Exchange Guidelines:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
