Cancellation Policy

At SJS Smith Jewellery, we strive to provide a fair and flexible cancellation policy while ensuring the smooth running of our classes. To this end, we require at least 30 days’ notice if you wish to cancel your place or transfer your booking to another class.

This notice period allows us adequate time to fill your spot with another participant.

Key Points:

  1. Cancellations:
    • If you notify us 30 days or more before the class start date, you will be eligible for a full refund or credit toward another class.
    • No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the class.
  2. Transfers:
    • You may transfer your booking to another class or person if you notify us at least 30 days in advance.
    • Transfers are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the school.
  3. No-Shows:
    • Unfortunately, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be offered for no-shows on the day of the class.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.
